About DT Films

Donna Taylor founded DT Film Productions in 2009. It was always Donna Taylor’s passion to work in film. With over 25 years of experience spent in theatre, including training at Mountview Academy and Chickenshed Theatre. She eventually worked with the Chickenshed Theatre Company for fifteen years. The move to film seemed a natural progression and so she decided to make her own destiny and invest in buying a camera, boom mic and some lights.

Eleven years on DT Film Productions have built a strong committed team and a substantial audience. DT Film Productions have an extremely popular YouTube channel with over 91million views. This continues to grow with over 115,000 subscribers. 

The satisfaction of helping people progress and succeed is the essence of our work, covering issues that are hard hitting but about real life and real people. We are passionate about reaching as many people as possible through our projects and ultimately we aim to help to change lives. 

To date we have a varied slate of films, series, chat-shows and documentaries in pre-production and development.
